001. New Hampshire and Vermont and Connecticut became New York.
002. N. Carolina and S. Carolina became Carolina.
003. The lower part of Florida became New Orleans.
004. Nevada became Las Vegas.
005. Oklahoma became Texas.
006. Beacuse names are similar, Kansas became Texas.
007. New Mexico became Mexico.
